The £14.8 billion Crossrail project is currently Europe’s largest infrastructure project. The new railway, which will be known as the Elizabeth line when services begin in 2018, will be fully integrated with London’s existing transport network and will be operated by Transport for London. New state-of-the-art trains will carry an estimated 200 million passengers per year.
London Underground (LU) Sub-Surface Railway power upgrade project is to increase the power cpacity of existing substations and building new sub stations to run more new, sophisticated trains and new signalling
It involves design and supply, testing and commissioning of 52 new ABB 560 RTUs to monitor and control exisintng and new Substation Power Distribution Panles.
The project includes three 22/11 kV 25 MVA coupling transformers, two 132/22 kV 120 MVA grid transformers, a 35 panel 22 kV GIS switchboard AND a 27 panel 11 kV switchboards. Control elements include SCADA RTU for the 11 kV and 22 kV switchgear plus extensive fibre optic cabling.
LUL Jubilee Line Upgrade Project is to migrage exisiting Cromos to ABB SPIDER control system. This involves connecting exiting RTUs via IEC101 proptocol to SPIDER and developing new HMI graphics on SPIDER testing and commissioning of fastflex RTUs.
Installation, integration and maintenance services for Hyderabad integrated SCADA project covering 130 electrical substations of APTRANSCO (CPDCL) across Hyderabad city. Responsibilities include engineering & customisation of UNIX based SCADA software (SPIDER), Integration of ABB RTUs and maintenance of RTUs.
This Project includes design, supply and factory testing of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) remote terminal units for 11 of the enhancement project’s new containerized traction substations.
